The family of museum grade classic models continues with Chicago's Snorkel 1, a 1982 Seagrave/Pierce 85' Snorkel. Hand-crafted using over 700 intricate parts and limited in production to only 250 units, CFD Snorkel 1 is sure to sell quickly. 

In 1:50 scale, Snorkel 1 measures 11.25 inches long and includes a fully custom case measuring 15.25 inches long.

Snorkel 1 received this truck in May of 1982, and it also ran as the 2nd piece for Squad 1 for a number of years. The rig was a Reserve Snorkel for many years, and was taken out of service in 2017. After serving the city for 35 years it is now owned by a private collector. (Courtesy of Joe O'Brien)
