More About the Scale Model

This FDNY Engine 257 scale model is a museum grade replica of the 2020 Seagrave Attacker HD Pumper. Like all Fire Replicas models, every detail is modeled to perfection and with razor sharp precision. The replica features the specific department configuration and graphics, leaving no detail overlooked. The display case is custom manufactured with high quality acrylic and resin. The stainless steel etched plate features the department and truck name, and department seal. This replica is a treasure to be displayed and admired and is in no way a toy.

    FDNY E257, 2020 Seagrave Attacker HD pumper.

    It's subtle, but I was able to ascertain that E257 is assigned to the Canarsie area of Brooklyn. (LOL!) Or, as they'd probably pronounce it in Brooklyn: "Can-ah-sie". The 4 appearances of: "Canarsie" are really nicely done on the actual rig. Then, they're accurately replicated on the model. I'm especially impressed by the chrome: "Canarsie" on the lower half of the grille, replacing the typical: "Seagrave" script. Also, the yellow: "Canarsie" across the wide mudflap at the rear is really eye-catching. There are some other unique & outstanding details on the model, including: the 2 sets of triple train horn bugles, & the high rise nozzle. I had to wonder if the triple train horns are really necessary. Unfortunately, based on the behaviour of local drivers in my area, yeah, they probably are. I hope that they're effective. I'm so pleased that I was able to acquire this interesting & nicely executed model before it was sold out. Another great example of Fire Replica's excellent craftsmanship.
