This Chicago Fire Department 1954 Autocar Squad 9 scale model is a museum grade replica. Like all Fire Replicas models, every detail is modeled to perfection and with razor sharp precision.     Headlights look to be a little too large,other than that it is a fine replica of a unique rig. I would like to purchase another if you make any more. I would like to see you do more models of unique vintage apparatus. I already suggested that you do models of Boston's 5 1947 L-model Mack Engine Squads.

    Got mine in the mail last week. No damage or loose parts, well packed. The model itself is just AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Detailing is SUPERB !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love that the emergency lights and other lights have real lenses and not just painted in. I don't think they could improve on this model in any way. I can't tell yet how much detailing is in the cab but even it is minimal the external detail would more then make up for it !!!!!!!!!!! This is the 2nd model I've purchased (also have the Jack Daniels Pierce engine) and will work overtime to pay for them when needed. I hope they are planning on coming out with many more of these "Golden Oldies" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am anxiously awaiting. Thank You all for these WONDERFUL models !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Breathtaking. Absolute perfection. The level of detail is amazing for the scale involved. The finish and graphics are flawless. And what a solid gesture to do a throwback piece for all the Autocar junkies out here. Together with the '49 & '52 models, these were one of a kind. Not one of them escaped the scrapyard. Thank you for this 3D memory. P.S. It's whispering to me that it needs a Mack "L" model engine to keep it company. Wait and something else....a FWD tiller H&L too if possible! Merry Christmas.

    Nicholas you have hit another home run with the Chicago Autocar Squad model. It is a great model of a classic fire apparatus and makes a great addition to the collection. Keep up the good work and consider some more classic rigs.

    The 1954 Chicago FD Autocar Squad 9 by Fire Replicas is incredible! I generally stick to modern fire subjects, but not any longer when classic models look like this. The black over red finish is smooth and flawless. The model is even better than the photos indicate. The nose, grill, lights and siren are faithfully reproduced. The stokes basket with etched details is beautiful. I could go on and on, but the bottom line the model is PERFECT!!!
